GROWTH + LIFECYCLE MARKETING LEAD
The Role:
Thesus is looking for a Growth + Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing campaigns and strategies that expand the reach of A+W while nurturing prospective customers to purchase, continue engagement, return and referral . You will also be responsible for winning back customers who have become inactive over time.
You will be responsible for Performance Marketing including Paid Advertising, Affiliates program, Referral program, Newsletter strategy and SEO; as well as new and emerging channels including offline media, Direct Mail, Audio + Podcast, Programmatic, and more.
You have a positive attitude and are an innovative thinker and forward thinking marketer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop complex global campaigns to onboard new customers and improve first purchase conversion.
- Drive learning and proactive optimization by running experiments on audience, channel mix, creative, timing, and destinations to develop strategy and identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Determine and use KPIs and build dashboards to continuously improve performance across our marketing funnel, including acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Generate new content plans and ideas to generate and nurture leads, with messaging hierarchies in place to develop high engagement and converting communications.
- Work closely with creative stakeholders to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and creative execution.
- Stay abreast with the latest innovations and trends in omni channel marketing. Share relevant platform updates, tools, and partners to help the Growth Team drive the business forward in North America and internationally.
- Build financial forecasts and projections that relate to the cost and return on investment for experiments, both large and small
- Understand compliance.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle and/or growth marketing.
- Expertise in managing Facebook/Instagram, Google ad campaigns as well, Newsletter, SEO and innovative growth and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and fluency in critical metrics for a consumer startup (CAC, LTV, etc).
- Demonstrable experience working on rapidly scaling marketing programs and designing automated customer journeys.
- An analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Enthusiasm, energy and a problem-solver who can work cross-functionally to drive results.
- A self-starting attitude, driven to learn and stay current with best practices
- A logical and detail-oriented approach to execute flawlessly.
- Experience with a combination of marketing, communications, audience research, and audience engagement.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
The Role:
Thesus is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our social presence across social channels. You will tell the brand story via compelling social narratives and optimize for what drives engagement and audience growth across the various social platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram and Pinterest.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Brand marketing to create plans and strategies for all social media aspects of campaigns to extend messaging across platforms.
- Identify best practices for platforms and create playbooks for future campaigns + launches.
- Pitch engaging and shareable ideas on a regular basis and produce content to create more social-first content.
- Explore new and emerging social media platforms/opportunities .
- Build strategies for new social platforms.
- Ensure that all social posts are aligned with our brand voice.
- Maintain the social media marketing calendar in Asana.
- Capture and post opportunistic social posts based off business needs and social movements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the Instagram feed is cohesive and clearly tells the brand story.
- Ideate, plan, schedule and publish the day-to-day postings across all social platforms, owning performance and impact on audience growth.
- Build community on our Instagram channel by responding to comments and dms.
Experience
- Experience in a social media related position at an ecommerce or fashion related company.
- Understanding of all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Experience building scalable social content, campaigns, and/or channels that clearly communicate the brand story.
- Strong ability to analyze and leverage data for impact and report on metrics to senior leadership.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with ease and react to changing business needs.

WEB + GRAPHIC DESIGNER
The Role:
Thesus is looking for a Web + Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our digital, print, newsletter, web design, content creation and product mockups.
You are responsible for designing and maintaining visual media for Thesus.You will be required to create images, text, and other graphics to communicate effective messaging along brand guidelines. A strong understanding of typography, graphics, colour palettes, and principles of design is necessary to ensure a consistent experience across all channels.
Responsibilities will include:
- Digital layouts for website, newsletters and social media.
- Design compelling graphics to be used on media platforms.
- Design and creation of print-ready artworks for product, packaging, postcards, etc.
- Design corporate material including investor presentation and sales collateral.
- Assist in the development of digital and print marketing campaigns including video and photography.
- Responsible for the development of weekly digital ads for Facebook & Instagram.
- Developing innovative design concepts and initiatives for the brand
- Working with the marketing team to develop unique content.
Experience
- You have a keen eye for design and trends and appreciate a fun, outdoor but minimalist aesthetic.
- 2+ years experience in delivering high quality, consistent graphic design work.
- Highly proficient in Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, PremierPro.
- Ability to create and edit simple video content and motion graphics for social media.
- Previous experience designing and creating newsletters.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms.

Thesus is looking for a Community + CX Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our community programs and customer inquiries.
You are responsible for creating a personal customer experience journey that inspires our community to Be Outside. We are looking for an energetic, extremely organized and detail oriented Associate who can make our customer journey an amazing one from the first time a customer gets in touch for support to delivery and then onward to community engagement.
Create a customer centered experience across touchpoints with a focus on getting the community outside.
- Be the Point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries and concerns and elevate the customer experience (email, chat, phone, etc).
- Create segments, templates and a workflow focused on getting people Outside.
- Reduce return rates and increase getting outside.
- Provide the team with feedback as it relates to return policies, FAQ, and anything else related to serving our customers to better their experience.
- Produce weekly reports to management on return rates, issues and how many people you got outside!
Develop our Community and Loyalty Program
