Carbon neutral shipping is free on orders over $100. Customs and duties are included in the price so you don’t ever have to worry about surprise fees upon arrival.
On orders under $100, there is a small Green Shipping Fee of $15. This includes the cost of shipping + carbon offsetting your order.
United Kingdom
All shipments are free on orders placed over 100£. Customs and duties are covered by us, but you are responsible for any VAT.
On orders under 100£, there is a small Green Shipping Fee of 10£. This includes the cost of shipping + carbon offsetting your order.
European Union
Carbon neutral shipping is free on orders placed over 100€. Customs and duties are covered by us, but you are responsible for any VAT.
On orders under 100€, there is a small fee of 12€. This includes the cost of shipping + carbon offsetting your order.
We do not ship to the following countries in the EU: Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Romania and Sweden.
Australia

On orders under $100, there is a small Green Shipping Fee of $18 AUD. This includes the cost of shipping + carbon offsetting your order.
Other Countries
We also ship to the following countries: Hong Kong, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, Akrotiri and Dhekelia, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
We charge a flat rate of $40 USD for all shipments to the above noted regions. You are responsible for all duties and taxes for import.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Check your spam folder just in case, as sometimes they may end up there!
Can I make changes to my shipping address?
We ship orders as soon as possible so it’s not always possible to change shipping details. If you’d like to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@thesusoutdoors.com. We will do our best to catch it before it’s sent out!
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes at this time.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package has been lost or stolen please contact support@thesusoutdoors.com immediately.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
Please contact support@thesusoutdoors.com immediately so we can do our best to make any requested changes before it is too late! We’re committed to shipping orders quickly, so if your order has already been released, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Thank you for your understanding.
